"The Kumkum hotel was as expected for the price range. Overall it was good, easy to check in. We came in the middle of the night. They served food and this was also of good quality.
The hotel rooms were small the bathroom was small, but newly upgraded and of good quality. We had problems getting warm water for shower.
We could pay with Apple Pay
For a place to sleep and rest in the middle of a journey I would use it again. "
"1. The toilet seat cover was not functioning properly.
2. The room was too small for the price.
3. The staff's behavior towards customers was unsatisfactory.
4. There was too much noise, and it felt like someone was working in the adjacent staff room, compromising privacy.
5. The breakfast options were limited. "
"Very bad hotel. They did not check me in even though I have confirmed booking with hotel.com. They gave my room to someone and told me room not available."
"We had booked at the last moment with not much other options but were pleased with the overall
experience when compared to the room price .
Only basic ameneties were provided but the hotel staff was very cordial and helpful especially one
person named TIRATH ."

10/10 Excellent
"Overall, the stay was amazing. A few issues which were rectified straightaway, great customer service and understanding."
"Upon checkin they told us they forgot to block the room we had booked and that the room was already taken. They proceeded to drop us at another hotel which seemed awful compared with the one we had paid for. I asked for shampoo and conditioner which were inherently available at the original hotel I had booked and this idiot of a guy got cheap soap bars delivered to my and my dad’s rooms!!! The bedsheets weren’t changed at all during the 4 days I stayed there and the staff gave my dad a hard time about a dress I was wearing one of the evenings. I am a grown woman, I am allowed to wear whatever I want, wherever I want it. Not only are these guys liars and thugs, they are also just awful people. Highly ask other tourists to never book a room with this cheats. "
"Small but clean property . Staffs are friendly . Location is in busy area and there are vehicle spare parts shop around however just within 3 minutes walking lots of restaurants can be found . Overall good to stay with family."
