"Lovely room in great location. Comfortable bed and decent shower - tick. However ….hot water switch was not turned on when we got the key to the room (Captains House) and no staff were able to help (until morning) when they came out to fix it. We were left to resolve ourselves meaning the shower was out of action for a short period"
