Hello , We had come to a honeymoon at your hotel. 5 day. Room 438 Mr.Peretz I had inform in advance about our honeymoon and my food preference is VEGAN. From the reception in our check in I made sure that they now about my Vegan preference and they said it all set up. They sent me to the crew to speak with them and I did. I must say , all the crew all of them are extraordinary. They really tried their best to help me. But in the end I ate just lettuce , tomato and cucumber for the whole vacation! It’s was horrible. Must mention they had me eat cheese after the chef told them it was vegan. I had a terrible experience about it. We will jump forward to our last day. I have requested Mr. Opstolos to speak with the hotel manager. He arranged a meeting with Mr.allisi. After telling the hotel manager all the story , he was super rude. Literally wasting my time 25min for nothing. He heard what I had to say and in generally just told me “ he ain’t going to do nothing about it , or will compensation us in any way. I told him we paid around 1500€ for this vacation and had nothing to eat. I’m feeling Very unhappy about all Mr. Alliasi behaviour, and the most about not taking responsibility about your gust experience and wellbeing. I truly would not recommend anyone who is vegan to go to this hotel no matter what. And to feel I was the first ever seen vegan in this hotel was much worse experience. We had a fantastic last-minute stay at Lidos Breeze and would happily return for a relaxed all-inclusive at a great price. The staff made the experience, especially the Aris, who was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Breeze has the feel of a smaller family-run hotel, with friendly service, quick resolution of any issues, and thoughtful touches like replenished bottled water and access to a shower room before late flight. Camilla at the pool bar was amazing — great cocktails and fantastic service, and the lifeguard around the Breeze pool was equally friendly and helpful. The Breeze pool area was one of our favourite parts: spotless, peaceful, and with incredibly comfortable sunbeds, quieter than the busier pools elsewhere in the complex. The location is also ideal, with the buffet, lobby bar, and crepe bar just across the road, so you get the best of both worlds. The buffet was good for a large all-inclusive, with plenty of choice and especially good salads, although it could get repetitive. The à la carte restaurants were a nice change, but book early as they fill up quickly. Snack bars were the weakest food option, but we could always find a good lunch back at the buffet. Drinks and service were generally very good, with some standout staff members throughout the resort. We enjoyed the white wine more than red, and cocktails were best when freshly made rather than using the pre-made mixers. The beach is more stones than sand but the sea is beautiful.

We didn’t find it a dream but it wasn’t a nightmare either. The outside grounds, pool and beach area are lovely, water is crystal clear. It was the room that disappointed us. We stayed in a side sea view room, 102 to be precise. The room had such an old smell to it. Stayed for 7 nights and not once was our bed sheets changed, for a 5* hotel this should be a standard procedure after the 3rd night without having to ask. The duvet cover even came with a hole. 1 of the dressing gowns also had a big tear under the armpit and we had stains on towels on multiple occasions. The room door was annoying it required being near on slammed to get it to close. Room was right outside where the lorries collect the rubbish and this happened around 7am and was loud. Air con not the best either. Staff smiled and said good morning but no one ever went out of their way to ask how our stay was going and we walked past multiple times a day to get to our room. There was a really young guy that stood out the most, didn’t catch his name, he took our cases upon arrival then we saw him doing multiple different jobs, he seemed like a hard worker. Breakfast service came across as 5* and buffet had a good selection, we can’t comment on other food as we never ate in the hotel apart from breakfast. Overall the hotel isn’t bad but when you claim to be a 5* hotel you have to go above and beyond and we personally feel this wasn’t the case, but it has potential to be so much more with a bit of investment.

Stayed for 3 nights in a beach front, swim up pool room and it did not disappoint. From the minute we arrived, we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff, who clearly take pride in looking after their guests. We had arrived at lunch time on an early flight, were checked in straight away, given our all inclusive wrist bands and welcomed in for lunch. There was a good variety of food options, which were regularly replenished and tasteful. Excellent choice of hot and cold foods. What really impressed us was the cocktail menu which was included and all alcoholic beverages. There was a wonderful healthy juice/smoothy bar by the main pool, which were very refreshing. We also loved the upper level roof bar, to sit on an evening and watch the sun set over the sea. The hotel is clearly still a work in progress and there were maintenence people completing final touches to the hotel but were also very respectful of guests. Areas were clean, with contemporary furnishings and music with a relaxed vibe, played throughout the hotel. The evening entertainment by the pool was also good. We did not participate in any if the organised activities during the day but the animation team guy, seemed very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable, with fantastic aircon, a safe, mini fridge and beverage facilities. Beach towels were provided. What made our break was the swim up pool, overlooking the ocean and I would definately recommend this option, as it was truly amazing. Would love to return!
