Staff were courteous and always accommodating. Rooms were clean. Breakfast superb. Location within easy reach of city centre via bus, and Neustadt areas also via bus. 24/7 counter staff which was useful because we didn't arrive from Berlin until 1 a.m. Flixbus terminus 12 minute walk away at Dresden Neustadt Station.

"They use a photo of the jacuzzi tubs to market the hotel, but they have been broken for a while and does not seem like they are in a hurry to repair them. It was part of the reason why we booked the hotel. There is a review that says they were broken in 2025 as well, but that maybe they were fixed ..."

"I had a great stay at this property. Right by transit options, close to tasty bakeries, groceries and restaurants. Easy trip to the TUD. Very comfortable bed with a plush mattress topper and modern amenities. Air conditioning and free beverages were nice bonuses!"
