TV didn’t work - nobody replied when I informed them. The room faces the train station and a busy road - do not expect to get any sleep. Was a necessity for a cancelled flight due to Etna eruption with an early start.

The Arche Design Rooms and Suites was a good choice for us. We found it comfortable and convenient with good food choices nearby. The recommendations by the team for where to eat were so helpful and we felt really welcomed. We didn’t use the Spa so can’t comment. Our late arrival was no problem and we enjoyed the breakfasts - all the food was fresh and tasty. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend Arche to other travellers

Excelente ubicación , Marcelo muy amable y predispuesto a responder inquietudes, estacionamos en una plaza a pocos metros , tener en cuanta que si se hace check in fuera de horario tiene un costo

Room was very clean and lovely! Breakfast was excellent and the staff were wonderful. The air-conditioning didn’t work very well in our room – we could not get it below 27c.

This property is centrally located in Palermo old town, walking distance to most of sites. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the building is securely managed. What most impressive is manager who is accommodating and spends a lot of time in the property, answering questions and giving suggestions. We originally booked a room without window due to overlooking the descriptions of the room, and we didn’t feel well after the first night of staying. The manager tried his best rearranging room assignment and helped us switch to a different room. He also provided suggestions about restaurants, helped us arrange shuttle to airport etc. We highly recommend this B & B to anyone who plan to visit Palermo!
