"Was a very comfortable room and bed. I was lucky to have my own washroom and not have to share like other guests. Wanted to check in early to drop off my bag and was told I could. But once I got to the property there was nobody to meet me or no direction or information on how to contact anybody once I arrived there but all in all was a great stay and slept very well the night I stayed there "

"We arrived very late but this was pre arranged. The owners were welcoming and accommodating. Let us buy some water from the little shop they have. Room was clean. Shower leaked but otherwise was fine. Parking free right outside. My kids managed to spill drink all over the floor at breakfast and the lady was so kind, cleared it all with no issue. My mother is disabled and because our room had too many stairs to get to (upstairs was about 20 steps, then another 20 steps to get to the beds in the room), the owner allowed us to stay in a second room on the ground floor at no extra cost! "The description indicated a restaurant, there was none. It stated free parking, but “somewhere in Verona.” We had to park 750m away and our car was robbed overnight. Our suitcase was taken and some money we had in the console. Breakfast is included; it was a bag of stuff hung on a hook by the door."

"Pictures are not accurate. The check-in is in hotel around the corner. There is no river view. One window did not have a heavy curtain to keep out the light, so I tried to shut the shutters which did not work. The room had one lightbulb out that never got replaced. The walls are paper thin, so I could hear residents talking in their rooms. 10AM check-out is too early. Location is the best asset. "
