I had cockroaches in my room. Hotel staff apparently came & sprayed. I’m doubtful. I had to keep the bathroom light on all night to keep them at bay. I also had to keep my suitcase on the bed, zipped up at all times . The furniture in the front lobby was Circa 1970 & the lobby smelled musty. Would never recommend this hotel.

The Villa Athena is an amazing luxury hotel with an amazing location. With a direct view of Greek temples, as well as private access, sets this property apart from others. In addition the rooms are well appointed and comfortable. We also enjoyed our private balcony with direct access to the property and pool area. The staff was welcoming and attentive. I like the size of the resort as it feels more intimate and personalized. We also took advantage of the amazing restaurant as well. We will definitely return for another stay in the future.
