Enjoy our bright, centrally-located home that is less than a block from the beach and Commercial St. in Ptown’s West End.
The unit (entire second floor) has a kitchen, three bedrooms (two bedrooms with a queen sized bed and a third bedroom with a double sized bed), one bathroom and a living area with TV with streaming services. Free, fast WiFi is provided. My home has a deck off the back door perfect for morning coffee/tea, cocktails, meals and lounging. A washer/dryer in unit is available for your use. Each bedroom has its own mini-split unit for customized A/C and heating control.
This entire home has been freshly renovated for your enjoyment including a 225 sq ft deck with a grill, patio dining set and views of Pilgrim monument.
Free parking for one car in our shared tandem driveway is available for free.
This home is next to Mussel Beach gym and a stone’s throw to Liz’s Cafe and other great restaurants. Enjoy just a 3 minute walk to the Boatslip for Tea Dance and poolside lounging.
Note During July to Sept. Availability: July 5th to September 6th: rentals are week-long only with Saturday check-in and Saturday check-out.

We couldn’t have been happier with our accommodations for Holly Folly. The unit was well designed with all the amenities. Tej was the consummate host. Very responsive with communication and friendly. We will definitely plan on renting this property again.
