Brass Key Guesthouse - Adults Only

Brass Key Guesthouse - Adults Only

10/10 Excellent
"We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived—warm, attentive, and always ready with great recommendations. The location could not be better; you are close to pretty much everything, which made exploring effortless. Having bikes readily available right on the property was an incredible perk and easily our favorite way to get around town. Mornings were just as lovely, thanks to a really nice breakfast that made easing into the day feel like a treat. One thing worth noting is the vibe leans toward a more mature, experienced crowd, but don't let that fool you—it’s not stuffy at all. Everyone was wonderfully nice, welcoming, and respectful, so whether you’re keeping it low-key or want to be a little messy and have your fun, nobody is judging. It strikes the perfect balance of relaxing and hospitable."

"Location was awesome and the staff was always helpful. We used to have a nice routine with the kids to go catch crabs in the bay in front once it was low tide, it was so much fun. We sometimes walked to town and other times we took the town shuttle, it was so easy to get around. I plan on staying at this hotel again."

The Provincetown Inn

8/10 Good
"I had stunning views of the harbor in Provincetown and the sun rises were unbeatable. New owners have done a lot to upgrade the areas of the hotel —— except the guest rooms. There was hair in the sink, hair in the shower, cracked floors (the plastic floor) inside the shower. Bedding was fine and otherwise a good stay but if it weren’t Provincetown no one would put up with that level of poor maintenance and pay hundreds to stay. The rooms wouldn’t qualify as a run down Motel 6 off of the freeway in the middle of nowhere where. But they are trying and I do appreciate the new coffee shop, speak easy, and the world class views - truly stunning views from the room. The hotel also had plenty of parking which is a huge issue in Provincetown. I would say, stay there only if economics require it/you’re staying alone. It’s not a place to enjoy with a romantic partner because it’s in such poor shape it might turn off people."

"The staff were very nice and helpful specially Paul. We have been going to P-town for years and stayed in many hotels, but this hotel’s rooms and bathrooms were very very small, smaller than the other hotels. The rooms are great for just a single person, not for couples. For breakfast you have to walk to a convenient store to get it, but they do have coffee in the hotel property."
