"I’ve stayed here a couple of times and it is reasonably priced and close to town. My only complaint would be they only clean the room every third day. Otherwise it’s a convenient spot when visiting the upper cape."

"Our first time in Provincetown and it was sort of a last minute excursion. When my friends and I found this listing, we all looked at each other and shook our heads in the affirmative. I dont want to rehash what others have said, but the house, the gardens, the backyard, the neighborhood are far better than the pictures would lead you to believe. Stephen is an attentive host and communicates extremely well from the booking inquiry all the way thru departure. The house is well stocked, and the bedrooms are large and the beds comfortable. If you prefer to be in the middle of the action, the house and neighborhood may be too quiet for you. That said. Provincetown is lively, and we loved that the property is within walking distance but far enough away to be a place to sleep well and take breaks during the day. We truly enjoyed this lovely property, one of the best we have stayed at, and will more than likely stay at this property again. "
