"Spencer, the owner of the Inn was personable and helpful. The Inn was very conveniently located to town (a very short walk). The room was basic but comfortable. We enjoyed our stay."

"We had a delightful stay. This B&B is conveniently situated along the west end of Commercial and very well run. The bed was super comfortable. The back deck and front were relaxing places to hang out, and the hot tub was clean. Stan was an exceptional host who gave us plenty of great ideas for our stay (things to do, where to eat, etc) and was also very friendly and all around helpful. We will definitely want to stay there again. "

"right in the heart of Provincetown. Car parking was included for me. Room was large, the four poster bed was huge and there was a working fireplace. Also included a fridge. Smallish bathroom with shower but fine for just me. Fresh cookies were by the front door. There is also a firepit in the back. "

"Property is centrally located making it convenient for dinning and shopping. A paid parking lot is located right across the street. Property is behind a restaurant so street noise is minimal. I would highly recommend this place. "

"Second year here was again amazing. Super comfortable bed in a beautiful room, hot tub and pool, delicious made to order breakfast with a huge spread, and really friendly staff. Steps away from commercial street too. "

"Right on Commercial Street. Even the beach is just a short walk away. Restaurant variety is great. Coming from the ferry it is a quick 5-minute walk. The building is old but kept in good shape. I am looking forward to annual visits with this Inn."
