Two bedroom condo near to everything Ptown has to offer

This unit has two bedrooms, 1 with a queen size bed and 1 with two twin beds. A great option for families! This 1st floor unit has a spacious, open concept living, dining and kitchen area with views of the Pilgrim Monument. Cute sitting porch in front that is a great people watching spot and a large, private screened porch in rear, with fold down table for al fresco dining or just enjoying the outdoors. Home features in unit laundry, fully stocked kitchen with dining area that can be expanded to accommodate up to 8 people. All linens provided.
Wireless internet connection throughout the unit and a desk/work space available in the main bedroom. Living room has a flat screen TV, DVD player and CD stereo. A separate flat screen TV and DVD player are provided in the main bedroom.
In season, each of the bedrooms and the living/dining area have window air conditioners to keep you cool. The unit also has full baseboard, forced hot water heating system for the colder weather periods.
You can walk to virtually everything Ptown has to offer - restaurants, clubs, bars, shops, galleries, bay beaches - from this centrally located unit.
The unit has one assigned parking space right in front. Additional parking (for a fee in season) is available directly across the street.
The location is a short walk from where both of the 90 minute high speed ferry services dock on Macmillan Pier, during the season, to and from Boston. That means you won't even need a car to get here and you can avoid the lower cape and bridge area traffic getting on and off cape.

Great place super close to downtown and plenty of walking. If you drove or people you travel with did, a massive added bonus of having PLENTY of parking across the street.Pretty chill location with the bedrooms set back into the back of the house so there is little to no road noise. Clean, simple, easy. What more could ya want!

Great getaway

Park and walk

The unit had everything we needed to feel at home for our three nights in PTown and the proximity allowed us to park and walk to the Pier and Monument. Our whale watching trip was amazing! We saw over 30 humpbacks feeding.

Nice cottage good location

We had a nice stay at this cottage. It is located perfectly in town. Easy to walk to commercial st. The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Thanks for a good stay!

Fantastic getaway

The house was the perfect size for our family of four, and the location is fantastic. Shopping, hiking, beaches, harbor, etc are all in extremely close proximity. The house is only a few blocks from commercial street, so need to find parking.The house was in excellent condition when we arrived, and both the check in/out process was easy. Also, the owner of the home provided very detailed instructions and responded quickly. I definitely recommend this property if you’re planning to visit Provincetown.

Nice cottage close to downtown

Kevin's cottage was very clean, nicely decorated, and had a complete kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and there were ample towels. It was very well appointed; he thought of everything!

Great home base in Provincetown

House was perfect for our stay-centrally located so we could easily walk to center of town (and let our teen safely do so alone) but also easy to get in and out by car and avoid crush of provincetown traffic. Everything well equipped. House was quiet and peaceful. Lovely stay.

Spacious and great location

This is a great place to stay and very conveniently located. It is exactly as shown in the listing but felt roomier. It is in a great location. You're a less than 5 minute walk down the hill to Commercial St, but the house is in a quiet area of town. Great instructions from Kevin for check-in. I would book this place again.

Grad celebration trip

The space was more beautiful than the pictures! Very comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. We wanted space to play games and it was perfect. The kitchen was nice and it was easy walking distance from the Main Street. Very fun!

Great option close to everything

We had a very pleasant for our family of four. Paris: - Location to everything you want to do without being in the chaos of Commercial Street - Amenities are well thought out including washer/dryer, soap, beach supplies, games, etc - Good communication and direction Point to Consider: - Some of the equipment in the home could be updated, but is functional. Overall, a solid choice for a family or group of friends traveling to Ptown.

ANOTHER FANTASTIC TIME IN PROVINCETOWN

This is our third time staying at this property and once again we had an amazing time. The property is always clean, stocked with home / cleaning supplies and ready to go. The location is amazing. It’s close enough to the heart of town to walk to everything, but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle on a busy holiday weekend like this one. We had a last-minute change / accommodation that the owner Kevin was more than happy to help us with. We would definitely stay there again!

Very comfortable, centrally located, well appointed (art, rugs, consumables fully stocked).

Very comfortable and well appointed home. The kitchen is fully equipped/stocked for all cooking needs, including outdoor grill and spices above the gas range. It is centrally located and within easy walking distance to the town center and its restaurants. There is a terrific corner store a block and a half away with groceries, beer/wine, excellent baked goods, sandwiches, etc. I would rent this VRBO again.

Great place, very comfortable

It was a very nice place, lots of personal touches. Lots to tissues and toilet paper. The beds were comfortable and plenty of kitchen tools to use when cooking and eating The ACs were nice and cold, kept the place cool when needed. There were plenty of towels for showeting. The parking spot was large enough for our truck. It felt like a home away from home. We would definitely rent again.

Awesome vacation rental

Kevin thought of everything for his guests. The location is about a 2 minute walk from Far Land Provisions. Need a sandwich, coffee or alcohol, this is your spot. Take a coffee back and sit on the front porch. The house is warm and inviting and plenty of space for four people. The convenience of trash and recycling disposal is amazing. I would absolutely stay again.
