Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant food excellent including a very good breakfast buffet. Near to a station with easy access to airport. Walkable to main tourist attractions.

The apartment was clean and a short walk to Old Krakow. The Galleria was great to see families enjoying a nice summer night. The store was only a block away to pick up groceries and the coffee at the place below was very good. The receptionist in the office was friendly and very helpful.

This resort is a true gem hidden on the shores of a picturesque lake – a place where nature meets comfort, and every day becomes an unforgettable experience. Nestled in lush greenery right by the water’s edge, the resort offers breathtaking views. Morning mist rising over the lake, sunsets painting the sky in gold and crimson – this is scenery that stays in your memory forever.

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in for many reasons, excellent location, beautiful hotel, great breakfast, clean & comfy suite, but most of all the staff, second to none! The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We had a day tour booked which was cancelled at short notice, guest manager Krzysztof arranged tickets for us and saved the day. They also surprised us with a bottle of champagne on my birthday ☺ Another shout out to Konrad at the front desk for arranging taxi's, giving us tips and advice. I have never been so sad to leave a hotel
