"Our originally-given room was not cleaned upon arrival. The host apologized for the mistake and gave us another room (that was clean). When we were given the other cleaned room, the host apologized for the original, unclean room and indicated that they would offer us some type of compensation for the mistake…no offer was made upon checkout."

"The front desk was amazing going above and beyond to answer questions about the area and make recommendations, especially Hailey. They set out pastries and coffee in the morning which was nice though they don’t replenish when they run out. The rooms were a bit old but in great condition and the shower had great water pressure. This was the perfect place to call home during our hiking trip. The train was surprisingly quiet but they provided ear plugs and a white noise machine."

"The room was lovely, clean, very comfortable beds. Bathroom was great with lots of nice touches like large, soft towels. There was access to a communal kitchen and washer/dryer. The views were incredible. The staff were helpful and communication was great."
