"The bathroom was terrible. To take a shower was to flood the bathroom floor. We were on the 7th floor on the side with the Mass Pike and noise all night. And who knows how to raise the blinds. I looked and looked and found nothing and to believe that the blinds were to stay down is unbelievable. Over all I will never stay there again. On top of all else the staff could not give directions to the hotel and what little they told us was wrong"

"I come to Boston regularly to see my doctor and I always stay in Harborside Inn of Boston. Staff there is absolutely exceptional. They are so accommodating whether it comes to arranging a taxi or even early check in. They are very kind and attentive. I also enjoy an Italian restaurant in this hotel. Good service and food. "
