This spacious apartment (45sqm) and the terrace (13sqm) are newly renovated and equipped to a high standard.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped with fridge, dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, dishes, glasses etc.
It is an open "American Kitchen".
In the living area there is a beautiful dining table, a couch and a sideboard with TV, which Spanish and German television and radio programs has saved.
In the rear area is the bedroom, which can be separated from the TV area by a sliding glass door.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, vanity, mirror, washing machine and ample storage space.

In diesem Appartment stimmte alles. Perfekt eingerichtet in einem gepflegten Haus in der Nähe zum Taoro Park. Der schöne Ostbalkon mit Blick ins Orotavatal. Alles in allem eine tiefenentspannte Atmosphäre. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
