This Garden House of 49 m2 it’s situated on a residential area of private villas up to Taoro Park in Puerto de la Cruz. The large heated swimming pool (24ºC) has got Sea water, which is much more healthy, is “nearly private”, as the owners of the house (situated on the other side of this 1500 m2 land property) work all day out of home; so you will have the feeling that the pool is almost private. Apart from the enormous pool garden, there is also a very private terrace on the back of the house, ideal to have breakfasts and dinners near the barbecue. Because the owner´s house is situated on the other side of the garden, the house is for the exclusive use of the guests (not visits admited). The house is situated on one level, and consists on a double bedroom, a bathroom, a sitting room with semi-opened kitchen, with all the utensils you need. The house has Wi-Fi, Sat TV, DVD. To get to central Puerto you can walk down trough a path or take a bus on the bus stop 350 meters away (there is a bus every half an hour) or the taxi stop 400 meters away. There are 2 little dogs that is usually on the north garden where the owners live and inside their own house.

Relaxing stay and awesome Host!
Juan the owner went the extra mile to ensure we had a fantastic stay. The villa is extremely well equipped and we wanted for nothing. Easy access to Town centre on foot or by reliable regular bus service We will definately be back in a few years time!

12 days at the Pool House
Second visit to this great property for my Wife and I. Thank you Juan for letting us stay and the arrival gifts of wine and fruit. It felt like we had the pool all to ourselves and enjoyed sunbathing and barbecuing in the private garden at the rear of the pool house. Look forward to returning again.

Pool House - great relaxing break
Property was exactly as described and photographed. Juan was a great host with great recommendations for restaurants. It felt like we had the property to ourselves the majority of the time. The pool house was very well equipped and we wanted for nothing. Good wifi, a secluded private area with seating and bbq plus a lovely pool at the front with loungers and more seating. Some gifts of wine and fruit plus a well stocked cupboard with coffee, tea, herbs and spices etc was much appreciated. Situated at the top of the hill it is a 20 to 30 min walk into town. We had a car for ventures further afield including some fantastic hiking in the Teide National Park. I would definitely recommend this property.

Cottage in Puerto
A wonderful, peaceful week in a lovely cottage. It is situated in a lovely garden with access to a big pool. Although the owners house is across the garden we hardly saw them & it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Although compact everything inside was exactly what we wanted. It is a 20 minute walk down the side of the house to Puerto and a 5 euro taxi ride back. A fantastic place and would highly recommend. Juan, the owner, is a great host and communications throughout were excellent.

Very friendly and helpful welcome. House had all we needed.
Our plane was late but we were still greeted by Juan who was very helpful giving advice on where to eat and shop. The space was fine for a couple and 4 year old. Pool was too cold to swim in during January but it was still lovely to sit around the pool in peace and enjoy the sunshine. It was also really nice to eat our breakfast in the private area at the back of the pool house once the sun appeared late morning. The bed was a little uncomfortable and short for my tall husband but our daughter slept comfortably beside us on a fold away bed which worked fine. Area was quiet with lovely houses around. We rented a car and drove most times as the main road away from the house leading down to the town was on a hill and busy so with a four year old it was better to drive, However if you are healthy and fit you could walk into town and back. A lovely stay if you want something more peaceful, private, local and cosy. Thank you.

Fantastic accommodation. Ideal for couples looking for a quiet relaxing holiday
Wonderful location within easy walking distance of the centre of Puerto De la Cruz and it’s abundance of good quality restaurants, bars and cafes yet accommodation itself was in a quiet residential area with total privacy. The owners were very helpful and welcoming but were rarely at home during the day so it felt like we had a private swimming pool which we used every day. Accommodation was clean, very well equipped and perfect for our needs. Would definitely come back again.

Hi - We have an amazing stay, the hosts were perfect and we found being of the beaten track allowed us to have a really quiet and restful few days. The facilities were fab, clean and everything worked Although close to the town you feel really away from the tourist zones in the Southern Island and really good access to El Teide if you want to explore. The local town is a more authentic Spanish experience than the resorts in the South and we really enjoyed our time Thanks Paul abd Sarh
