  • This beautiful apartment is on the ground floor of the building and features a bedroom and a living room.



    On the balcony you will find an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy meals in the open air whilst taking in the panoramic views of the city and the sea.



    Furthermore, the building offers a rooftop terrace, where residents can enjoy panoramic views of the city, the sea and Teide. On the same rooftop there is a small communal laundry room.



    Please note that we are in a busy tourist area, so there are several venues with live music around the accommodation until 00:00.
