Lovely typical majorera house, built more than 200 years ago, with a lot of charm, but fully restored to enjoy all the comforts. Located in the town of El Time, very close to Puerto del Rosario. It has a room, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, a terrace with a small barbecue, a garden and a parking area. The house is located in the countryside, in a quiet village of El Time, 10 minutes from Puerto del Rosario.
There is a big garden for walking and enjoy the views, with a pleasant arbour if you want to seat with a wineglass and forgot the noise, no rush, no stress, no hurry.
El Time is a very quiet village located less than 10 minutes drive from Puerto del Rosario, capital city of Fuerteventura, with all services (banks, supermarket, restaurants, etc..), 20 min. from the airport, 20 minutes from Dunas of Corralejo an 80 minutes from Jandia Beaches.
El Time is away from mass tourism. It's a good location for outing to great beaches in the north or the south of the island, or make excursions (ex: to Lanzarote Island, only 20 min. to Corralejo and take a ferry of 20 min. ), or hiking if you prefer it.
Public transport is limited, so a car would be essential.

Back again
Nice to be back again in this quiet bungalow with secure parking and the owners close by to help with any problems. A car here is essential, as the nearest restaurant is a 5 minute drive away, and nearest supermarket a 12 minute drive away. But the location is central for northern towns, villages and beaches.

Beautiful old house in a central location for exploring
We stayed for 2 weeks in October/November and wend walking every day in different parts of Fuerteventura, and found lovely places to swim safely at the end of each day. The local bar in Tetir is very nice.

secluded inland area
One of the best places we have stayed. A renovated old country cottage within a large walled residence where the owner (Anna) also lives about 150 meters away. The property is spotless with everything you would need for a relaxing holiday with plenty of privacy in a beautiful setting on the side of a gentle hill about 10 kilometres inland from Puerto del Resario. A car is essential to make the most of your stay here. A small supermercado in Tetir (10 minute drive) is well stocked and open 7 days a week.

Nice quiet cottage in lovely garden
We enjoyed our stay at Puerto del Rosario, our base for a walking holiday in Fuerteventura. The property was a good size for both of us, with a kitchen we cooked in most days, and a nice terrace overlooking a garden with lots of flowers and birds.

Relaxing and peaceful
We used the place as a base to visit the whole island which is not that big. Our favourite beach the dunes was only a twenty minute drive away and you can always find an area to be more private area there. The house was always nice and cool during the long hot summer days and nights. If you want an independent relaxing break at a very reasonable price, look no further

Quiet and Relaxing
The property is sited on a private estate managed by the owner Ana. It is in a secluded location about a twenty minute drive from the airport and several miles away from the islands major port of Puerto Del Rosario. It is here were one will find the major supermarkets like "Lidl". The town has several bars, eateries and a large shopping mall, but is not a typical tourist town. So renting a car is essential. The property is well equipped with everything one needs for a self catering holiday. It is tastefully decorated and furnished. The bathroom and kitchen are spotlessly clean and there is ample hot running water. From an English perspective, the TV only receives Spanish and German broadcasts. So a laptop with connection to the likes of Netflix is necessary for evening entertainment or news. The kitchen is reasonably well stocked with pots, pans cutlery etc. There is also a BBQ. The swimming pool is located at the side of the owners beautiful home which is about 100 metres from the rental cottage, or a 1 minute walk across the lava stone based garden. A tour guide book is recommended to get the best out of a stay in Fuerteventura. The owner Ana and her family are delightful people who will do their upmost to make their clients feel welcome. If there are any problems, Ana is quick to sort them out. We had a very quiet and relaxing stay over the Christmas and New Year period.The weather was warm and dry but could turn a little windy and cool of an evening, as the property is located on a hillside overlooking Puerto Del Rosario. I would definitely recommend this rental property to any responsible and respectable future clients.
