Good stay but with a really crappy arriving

Our stay was overall good. However, we had some issues when arriving as they wouldn't let us in to the hotel before we paid for our visit (our booking was meant to be paid in the reception and they didn't have one) meaning we couldn't access the hotel and even less the room before we paid (which we couldn't). Lots of phone calls later we were let in. From there on the place was nice and the cleaning/service staff super kind. We weren't placed in the room we booked and instead ended up on ground floor.

Es tal como las fotos, cómodo y acogedor NO hay estacionamiento, te quedas en la calle que es muy obscura, pero la zona es segura. Llegas a pie a la playa y a la avenida

La cama no era muy cómoda, el resto del hotel es tal cual aparece en las fotos, no me gustó mucho el área donde se ubica ya que estaba muy oscura por la noche

Muy mala, no es para nada acorde al precio ni lo que anuncian en la página, no hay estacionamiento, la cama que ofrecieron y conteste era king y le dieron matrimonial, los alrededores pésimos y no tienen estacionamiento se deja el vehículo en la calle

No tienen terminal para cobrar, en la app ofrecen que puedes pagar en la propiedad, pero solo aceptan efectivo al llegar. La calle de acceso esta en malas condiciones y en su estacionamiento apenas si entra uno o dos autos, si no encuentras lugar tienes que dejar el vehículo en la calle, te dicen que es seguro porque tienen camaras, pero esta demasiado oscuro, siempre va ser mas riesgo aparcar en vía pública. Si no traes auto y no te importa pagar en efectivo o a traves de su plataforma la estadía será excelente.

La propiedad es muy bonita y cómoda, me gustó mucho que en las habitaciones no se escuchan ruidos de afuera y la alberca aunque es pequeña es muy agradable. Está muy cerca de la punta Zicatela.
