Cumple con lo que es para una habitación sencilla, solamente que la regadera y el baño al estar tan pequeño salpica de agua,pero nada del otro mundo.Por la época en la que estuvimos no ocupamos el ventilador tanto tiempo.Lo único malo fue que el ruido en el hotel empezaba muy de madrugada :/ cuentan con refrigerador y microondas para usar sin costo!

Olia mucho a drenaje en el cuarto, clientes a altas horas de la noche haciendo mucho ruido en la alberca. Sin internet. Pesimo el servicio les pedi cambio de cuarto nunca tuvimos respuesta. Es un hotel exclusivo para familias viajan en autobus turisticos.

Durante mi estancia tuve varias experiencias negativas. El chico de recepción no fue hospitalario, no nos indicó cómo llegar a nuestra habitación y la mayor parte del tiempo estaba en su celular. La limpieza fue deficiente: en la primera ocasión el olor a cloro fue demasiado fuerte, el baño no lo lavaron, en dos ocasiones no repusieron papel de baño y el que colocaron era de muy baja calidad. La regadera salpicaba por todos lados y presentaba salitre por falta de mantenimiento, además de que el lavabo tenía manchas de humedad. Las toallas durante toda la estancia olían mal, como si no se hubieran secado correctamente. Otro punto es que cobraron hospedaje por mi mascota pero no ofrecieron ningún servicio o detalle para ella. También me resultó poco profesional que me llamaran en plenas vacaciones para revisar un ajuste de tarifa con otro de mis familiares, cuando aún nos quedaban días de estancia y sus pertenencias seguían en la habitación. Por todas estas razones, la experiencia me resultó decepcionante y considero que el lugar tiene mucho que mejorar en atención, limpieza y mantenimiento.

¡Haz caso de las reseñas! Desde el principio no nos dieron una solución eficaz para un error con las 2 habitaciones reservadas, tuvimos q dormir 3 adultos en una habitación de una sola cama matrimonial (uno de nosotros tuvo q dormir en el piso). Nos quisieron cobrar 300 pesos por noche y por habitación para darnos una con aire acondicionado. El abanico de techo, no tiene absolutamente nada de fuerza, si lo ponías en el nivel 5 iba aún más lento q en el nivel 1, el baño no contaba con una ventilación apta, por lo cual terminaba toda la habitación oliendo a caño, la cortina del baño estaba rota y cuando te bañabas el agua se salía por la puerta. Después de 2 noches hospedados, nos cortaban la electricidad desde las 9 am. aprox. y al parecer las habitaciones q reservamos no contaban con servicio de toallas pq nunca tuvimos, así mismo no te dejaban secar tus prendas en los barandales, prometen un internet promedio pero no puedes ni ver un vídeo de YouTube. Las regaderas del primer piso huelen a caño. En una de las habitaciones había plaga de hormigas, las cuales no te dejaban dormir. En general una estancia mala, no recomiendo para nada este lugar, creo q por el precio existen mejores lugares. No volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Hotel bastante céntrico, pero la habitación que nos dieron olía a puro caño, el baño no tiene ningún tipo de ventilación por lo tanto todo se huele a caño. El personal es muy amable desde La ubicación bastante buena La alberca parece que no la limpian diario, el agua es un poco turbia y eso que fui en temporada baja y solo habíamos dos familias en la alberca.
