About this property

Tasteful Casita on a Quiet Street Near Beaches with Views!

  • This 2 bedroom house is the corner casita in a group of 6 . It is gated and quiet. There is a palapa upstairs a with nice evening breeze and a great view of the ocean and sunset. The kitchen is fully functional and is open to the dining area and living room. The materials used are high quality and the ceiling in both the living room and master bedroom are domed with bricks and ceiling fans. There is also air conditioning! Through the mini courtyard is another gate that leads to the pool which is shared with the other 5 casitas. The neighbors are quiet and friendly.
    Both bedrooms have queen size beds. There are 2 full bathrooms as well.
    Maid service twice a week is included with the rental. Also included are wifi and apple TV.
    This house is in a great location with walking distance to beaches and restaurants.
