This intimate refuge, ideal for two guests, offers you a functional kitchenette for your convenience and a private bathroom that is your personal sanctuary. Every detail, from the linens to the serene environment, is designed to ensure an experience of absolute peace, luxury, and disconnection.



Guest Access:

Exclusive access to your Ko-Ko Studio and your private terrace with direct beach access. You will also have access to all of Arenika's shared amenities: the refreshing pool, the palapa, the private beach, the outdoor restrooms, and the controlled parking. Your entry is seamless, secure, and designed for your total peace of mind.

Your destination is the pristine Bahía Petempich, an exclusive natural setting. Here, the city noise is replaced by the soft sea breeze. Ko-Ko's exclusivity is its isolation. Remember: To guarantee this peace, a private vehicle is required for all your travels, as you will not find services or shops on foot. Puerto Morelos, with its charm, is just a comfortable drive away.



Getting Around:

Ko-Ko's exclusivity means a private vehicle is mandatory for your mobility. There are no public transport options or shops on foot. We have ample and secure parking. Plan your provisions: Remember, there are no nearby stores. Do your grocery shopping before arriving to enjoy worry-free. The federal highway is nearby for a quick exit to explore.

Access Keys: To receive your access codes, it is essential that you complete the Registration Form sent via the app.



Important: Replacement for loss of key, cards, wristbands, parking cards or towel has a cost of $20 US each. For each rule that is not complied with, the condominium or the neighborhood committee may charge up to $200 USD penalty or remove or speak to the police for an eviction due to bad behavior. Bookings of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will cost $5 pesos per extra kw. With responsible use, they should not exceed it. You have total privacy in the property, however, if a force majeure cause arises where we have to access we will let you know in advance (Floods, leaks, fire, etc).
