    KO-KO sits in tranquil Bahia Petempich, a quiet beachfront pocket between Puerto Morelos and Cancun. The setting is defined by calm, turquoise water and soft sand right outside your terrace.



    - The fishing village of Puerto Morelos, with its seafood restaurants, dive shops, and central square, is a short drive away.

    - Nearby cenotes and the Puerto Morelos reef are ideal for snorkeling and diving.

    - The shops, nightlife, and dining of Cancun are easily reached by car.



    This is a restful base for couples who want nature and quiet, with town and city both within easy reach.



    Getting Around:

    A rental car is strongly recommended to enjoy this secluded location and to reach restaurants, cenotes, and nearby towns.



    - Cancun International Airport (CUN): about a 25-minute drive

    - Downtown Puerto Morelos: a short drive

    - Free parking is available on the premises

    - Taxis and local buses serve the main road for trips into Puerto Morelos and Cancun



    Other Things to Note:

    Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the official ID of each guest who will be staying, as well as a signed copy of the condo rules. A valid official ID from every guest is required to authorize access. This helps us keep a harmonious environment with neighbors and comply with the building's regulations.



    The condominium is fumigated periodically as a preventive measure. Due to the humid climate and local vegetation, small insects such as ants may occasionally appear; please avoid leaving open food outside the refrigerator.



    Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra charge.



    To keep the air conditioning working properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and avoid setting the temperature below 21C (70F).



    Replacement for a lost key, card, wristband, parking card, or towel costs 20 USD each. Stays of 7 nights or more include 20 kWh of electricity per night; excess consumption is charged at 5 MXN per extra kWh (responsible use should stay within this).



    You have full privacy. Only in a force majeure event (flood, leak, fire) would we need to access the unit, with prior notice when possible.
