The property’s main attraction is its rooftop with a private pool—an exclusive space for our guests where you can cool off, sunbathe, relax, or enjoy an afternoon with your companions. Best of all, this space is completely private, and you won’t have to share it with other guests.

The house features spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and comfortable bedrooms, creating an atmosphere where everyone can feel right at home.

The property has four bedrooms and a sofa bed:

Bedroom 1: 1 king-size bed + 1 double bed

Bedroom 2: 1 double bed

It’s located about 10 minutes from the beach and close to supermarkets and other amenities, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful setting without straying too far from everything you’ll need during your stay.

The property features self-check-in via an electronic lock, so you can check in comfortably, quickly, and without having to worry about specific times.

The residential complex also features 24/7 security for added peace of mind during your stay.

Bicycles

So you can explore the surrounding area in a different way, we have 2 bicycles available for an additional fee of $150 MXN or $8 USD.

You can use them to explore the town, visit the beach, or tour the surrounding area. Their use is complimentary and is the guest’s responsibility.

The bicycles are equipped with locks, which must be used when leaving them in town, at the beach, or elsewhere during your outings.

This is part of the Riviera Maya’s natural environment, so we recommend bringing insect repellent for your comfort.

Important Information Before Booking

As required by the residential complex and for the safety of all guests, you must present a valid government-issued ID before arrival and wear the access wristbands.

The property has stairs to access the upper levels and the rooftop.

Bicycles incur an additional charge of $150 MXN or $8 USD for both bicycles.

Use of the bicycles is at the guest’s own risk.

We recommend always using the locks provided when leaving the bicycles in town or at the beach.

The rooftop pool is private and for the exclusive use of the property’s guests.
