"All of the staff were very warm and welcoming. Even when you’re passing in the halls they all greet you saying hola. The best and kindest staff ever and I truly mean ALL of the staff! Everything was clean and thorough the app was a great way to figure things out."

"Our stay at Iberostar Riviera Cancun was overall a great experience, thanks to the wonderful staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The very first person to greet us was Cristina Rosas, and she immediately set the tone for our vacation. She was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. Her genuine kindness made check-in feel effortless and left us with a fantastic first impression. Throughout our stay, we found the entire staff to be courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. A special thank you goes to Angelo, our server at the Italian restaurant. He provided outstanding service, was attentive without being intrusive, and made our dining experience truly enjoyable. The pool bar was amazing! Juanito and Herber were always there to get us drinks. The only disappointment during our stay was the Spanish restaurant. Unfortunately, the food did not meet our expectations. The dishes lacked flavor and quality compared to the other restaurants at the resort, and it was easily our least favorite dining experience. We hope the resort considers improving the menu and food preparation there so it matches the high standards of the rest of the property. Despite that one dining experience, we had a wonderful vacation and truly appreciated the hospitality of the staff. Thank you to Cristina and everyone else who helped make our stay memorable!"

Ventus Ha at Marina El Cid Spa & Beach Resort - All Inclusive

"We stayed in a Platinum One Bedroom Suite overlooking the pool and mangroves (room 29309) and had an outstanding stay. The room was spotless, close to everything, had a fantastic view, and the air conditioning and ceiling fan were perfect after a hot day. The minibar was constantly restocked with water, soft drinks and beer at no extra cost. The food was exceptional, with plenty of choice and fantastic à la carte restaurants that were easy to book through our Platinum butler on WhatsApp or the Platinum Lounge. Having access to three resorts was a real bonus, and the Platinum team made us feel genuinely looked after. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly, and the valet service was excellent too. Yes, there was a noticeable seaweed smell when we arrived, but after the first day we barely noticed it and it certainly didn't spoil the holiday. It's rare I can't think of much to improve. Better soundproofing around the suite's front door would reduce noise from the corridor, and an online booking system for the à la carte restaurants would be a nice addition, although the current process worked well. Overall, Ventus Ha offers fantastic value for money. We've stayed at many all-inclusive resorts and this is one of the best. We'll definitely be back. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making us feel like royalty. Five stars!"

"The resort was very nice and well maintained. Plenty of seating around pools. Resort was very quiet. Staff was good. There could have been a more activities, but if you are just looking to relax and recuperate, this fit the bill perfectly."
