This comfy cozy nicely appointed home on the BEACH is PET friendly and has an extended patio, fireplace, A/C, full kitchen, separate dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It sleeps 8 as follows:
Master Bedroom - Queen Bed
2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed
Living Room - 2 double futons
With the inner courtyard, shade palapa and large living room area, there is plenty of room for the whole gang.
This is in the popular Las Olas section of Las Conchas. Sit on the patio and watch the kids play on the huge sand bar out front while you sit with your toes in the sand and beer in your hand.

This property is in serious need of maintenance. Furniture is dirty and worn. One of bedroom closet doors is broken. Beer cans and trash in the front. Large cockroaches ( some dead) the only upside to this rental is location.

Amazing views, quiet location

For my first time in mexico I had no idea what to expect, but this property made my stay so amazing! The ocean is literally steps away from the back porch, there are so many beautiful sea shells to collect, and the drive into town itself is very short. I loved staying here and I 100% will return again!

We were very happy with our experience. Karen was very responsive when we had questions, the unit was just as advertised, and it is on the perfect stretch of Puerto Penasco beach (a large sand bar but still some tide pools).

Beach Front Property Rocks!

We loved the condo. Right on the beach and it was steps away. The accommodations where as described and we loved the bottled water jug for fresh water needs coffee etc... We'll be back!

Salt and pepper

I have stayed at plenty of VRBO before and it has always been great. Everything on the property was great fro the view to the neighbors. One thing it lacked was some basic items. This place didn’t even have salt and pepper, I have always had a few seasonings in the pantry what I don’t have I will buy and leave at the property for the next guest.

The place was crawling with ants when we first arrived. We purchased a can of raid and sprayed so that ended that issue. The tile counter needs to be replaced, grout is missing!!!! The kitchen sink faucet was about to fall off. The A/C was great, the patio and view was amazing!!! And the beds were comfortable.

Great Choice for Your Rocky Point Getaway!

This home is STUNNING! Great size for a couple or small family. Great location! Right on the water and only a 15-minute drive from any entertainment in Rocky Point. You can tell that the neighborhood is up and coming. We felt pretty safe but we made sure to lock the doors whenever we left (including to go to the beach). The host asks people to order drinking water for the next guest but the person before us didn't do it. Luckily, we brought plenty of water with us so we didn't need it. All in all, you'll have no regret with this rental.

Decent enough for a beach stay

The place was clean but clearly has some deferred maintenance issues. Warning if you have mobility issues that getting in and out of either shower is very difficult. A grab bar would be helpful. The lack of simple things like a sponge to clean the dishes was a minor irritant as well as the need to bring toilet paper and paper towels. The price was fair but I really think it should include enough paper supplies for the time spent.
