Excellent hotel in a great location. Well laid out with most of the rooms tucked away in a quiet wing. Very attentive staff, knowledgeable about the area and engaging. The rooftop bar is exceptional with good service and great views. A quiet little enclave within the huddle and bustle of Madrid. Good vibes!

We arrived early and they were completely accomodating. We got an upgrade and the room was beautiful. Sparce but beautiful. Everything was nice and comfortable.
We also needed the hotel doctor. She was awesome.
Breakfast too was wonderful with so many choices. Well worth the €15.

"Nothing fancy, but the rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom was rather old but clean and had everything we needed. I disliked the shower curtain as the water gets to the floor when you shower. Maybe there's a better solution to that. The location is amazing, right in the old part of the city, ..."

"Fantastic hotel, but the air conditioning had limited control, meaning we had to go to reception at 3am to get it switched back on as the room was very hot. Restaurant is superb quality, not cheap but worth treating yourself, the tiramasu is an experience."
