Villas Mares de Verano located between jungle, beach, and river, 5 minutes walking distance to Mismaloya beach and a few meters from the original set of the movie “Night Of The Iguana” that made Vallarta famous, located directly in front of the main highway, easy access by car or bus. As you may know the south coast is by far the best location and has the best beaches on the bay.

Consists of 16 exclusive, private residences. The entire complex is walled off, and the entrance is exclusively allowed to residents and their guests. The exterior amenities will include 2 swimming pools, parking, garden and landscaping combine with great exterior light.
