Our stay at this condo was amazing. It is SO SPACIOUS and impeccably clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The patio is huge, with an amazing view of the gardens and Malecon. The AC worked really well and we were greeted on time by the property manager. Highly recommend and hope to return.

This condo was in a great location. Right on the Malecon, close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Everything was in Good working order and the property manager and host were very communicative! This stay occurred during the hot season, so the pool was welcome refreshment! And the food and drinks at the pool bar were delicious! Watching the sun rise each morning from the veranda in the coolest part of the day was a treat!

We had a wonderful time. The location cannot be beat. Walk to everything you would want to do in the area. Even more spacious than the photos look. The staff and pool with a bar for a quick lunch and drinks was fantastic. Kitchen was large and fully stocked also for some lunches or breakfast in. We had such a wonderful time. I would recommend and return to this rental again.

Fantastic Stay – Perfect Spot for Our First Time in PV!

Our family of four stayed for a week and absolutely loved it. The property was spacious, clean, and in an excellent location – close to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. It was our first time in Puerto Vallarta, and this home made a great impression. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy some downtime. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!Naomi

Perfect stay!

We had a wonderful time. The property is exactly as described, perfect location, gorgeous grounds & pool, and everything you could need in the apartment. We spent most of our time out on the huge deck, and not once did we hear any noise from the Malecón or neighbours. Check in was seamless and both Neal and Mario were helpful and responsive to all our questions. The location cannot be beat - our running joke was that everything was “4 minutes walk away,” according to Google. It was one of the best trips we’ve had and we’re already planning to go back next year.

I wish I could give greater than a five star rating

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this building during visits to Puerto Vallarta. The condo is luxurious, with great living space, large comfortable bedrooms and an outstanding terrace with pool and ocean views. The sunsets were breathtaking every night. It’s a quick walk to all beaches, shopping and restaurants. We will be back for sure!

Gorgeous unit in a fabulous complex

Molino de Agua is one of finest condo complexes in PV, and sits right on the Malecon. Walk everywhere. Warm pool in January was a nice surprise with exceptional poolside service.

perfect condo in the perfect spot

This spacious condo is in the heart of all that PV has to offer. Surrounded by fabulous restaurants, ocean boardwalk, lovely markets, and art galleries. Amazing pool and grounds, with swim-up bar selling cocktails and Mexican fare. Staff and host attentive to every need. If this place is available, reserve it quickly before it's gone!!!

FANTASTIC VACATION AND STAY!

Neal’s condo at Molino de Agua was beautiful! It was spacious, immaculate and fully equipped with all the necessities you would need for a vacation in paradise. It is the best pool in the Romantic Zone and walking distance to everything in town and on the beach. The grounds are beautifully manicured and secure with 24 hour security. I would look no further than this condo should you be lucky enough to find it available.

Beautiful condo, awesome pool, perfect spot in town!!

Neal’s place was absolutely amazing! From the moment we got there we were greeted by Carlos who made sure everything in the condo was good to go. It was 5 adults and the condo was very spacious for all of us. Amazing balcony to enjoy coffee at in the morning. The pool and pool staff was AMAZING! Also easily walkable from tons of good restaurants and bars. I highly recommend staying here and I will definitely be back!!

Great stay in central PVR

My wife and I along with our adult daughter and a friend recently spent a week at Neal's condo. The location is the best that you can have if you want to be in town. It is directly on the malecon and next to the river. There are many restaurants and bars a short walk from the condo, yet the location is very quiet at night. The unit itself is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The building has a very nice infinity pool with a pool side/swim up bar and grill

Beautiful location and grounds

My two grown children, their partners, and one child stayed 10 days. Very nicely appointed kitchen, large bedrooms, and beautiful decks. Easy walking to most places we wanted to go. Pool was nice and the staff very friendly. Very quiet also which we liked. The stove and oven stopped working, but it was fixed by the next day. Our only suggestion is to have more seating in the living room—there weren’t enough chairs for 6 people, and the living room furniture was not the most comfortable. Neal was easy to communicate with and had great follow up. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again!

A candid review

The unit was immaculate. The grounds were well kept and manicured. The pool was clear, clean and warm.(87F) Our stay was August 13-19, 2023, and though warm and humid as expected most of the shops and restaurants were open and very few tourists. The service at the restaurants and bars was excellent and all staff, whether at the property or outside the property, were genuinely friendly and pleasant. Our host was very helpful and responsive and the property management company was conscientiousness. The location was incredible, on the beach and easy walking distance to a myriad of restaurants. The food was spectacular and pricing from cabs to breakfast, lunch and dinner was reasonable. Drinks at the pool were a bit on the high side.

Molina de Agua is the best

We have stayed at Molina de Agua before and it is by far the best place to stay in the area. This was the easiest check in and out process we have had yet. Security and on site staff are the best. (I should mention the majority of my family and some friends went and we occupied many rooms on the property) Our room this time was rather plain. No TV's in any rooms, not decorated to host, wall mounts instead of central a/c. It was very very plain, but the owner was very kind as well as responsive and the manager was phenomenal so it wasn't a bust either, just wanting to be fair to potential occupants. MY family specifically would just prefer certain amenities so i would prefer a different unit next time. Our family members, plus prior units I have stayed in were set up much better and you could just tell the owners really invested more into their units.

Malino de Aqua New Years 2024

Neil’s place was exactly as described. Check in was fine. The condo was 108 second floor - absolutely fantastic. Stunning open concept. My wife & I & oldest daughter & her husband & my youngest adult daughter thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Condo location phenomenal. This wasn’t our 1st time to PV but condo & location were best by far. Condo has everything - easily accommodates 3 couples (or families). Lots of room - great views. We bbq’d streak & shrimp for new years & sipped Prosecco provided by Neil on the huge deck. Ate most breakfasts & lunches in suite but walked to many different restaurants for supper & to markets & events along the Malecón. Book it - it is great! Best Place to stay in PV Romantic Zone

This was a great unit for me and my family, and I can't say enough great things about it. The communication from the owner and property manager were great and everything went as planned. The location of the building is just the best, you have tons of choices of places to eat in town from street tacos, to higher end restaurants. The building has one of the largest pools in PV and is great for not only adults but kids as well. The swim up bar has an amazing staff with very good food options and a great drink menu with options for both kids and adults. For the drinks the prices are very reasonable, and the standard margarita has a very good tequila, and you can upgrade from there to very high-end choices if you wish. The units are just the best with a large kitchen with everything you need to cook meals, although we only used for a few breakfast and lunches. What I really appreciate is the unit is stocked with salt/pepper and other spices along with coffee filters so when you go to the store you don't have to buy all of those things. The unit also has plenty of beach and bathrooms towels, shampoo, soap and all of the things you would expect, but we have rented other units in this building that had very limited items like that which made it a little tough. The unit as a whole is just the best with large bedrooms and bathrooms, and the deck is large and spacious that everyone can sit outside and not feel crowded. We played cards nightly and it still feels very private.

The condo was perfect for our family of 5 with plenty of room, an amazing pool we used everyday and short walks to great restaurants, shopping, beaches, grocery stores, etc., etc. -- right in the heart of Puerto Vallarta. We'd definitely recommend it!

Great spot! So many restaurant choices within walking distance. The pool has a swim up bar and serves food if you want to stay in the property. Awesome view of the sunset and pool. The condo had everything that we needed and even had inflatables for the pool.

Absolutely AMAZING!

We loved everything about this property and the location! The condo unit itself was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed for our family and family friends. The amenities at the condo with the pool and the swim bar were amazing. The food at the pool was so yummy that we literally just started eating there every day for lunch. I highly recommend this property. It will not disappoint as it's very centrally located and you can walk to restaurants and down the Malacon for shopping.
