This is a very spacious condo with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It sleeps 5 comfortably and has the spaciousness and feel of a private residence. With ceiling fans throughout and large folding doors and windows that open to enjoy the cooling breezes from the ocean and spectacular views of the bay.

Both pools are heated, have sundecks and get plenty of sun all day, as well as shade under a palapa or umbrella.

Los Muertos beach, Old Town, Zona Romantica and Basilio Badillo street are just a 10 minute walk. In this area you will find restaurants, bars, shopping, art galleries, banks, money exchange, coffee shops, etc.

Fantastic property

We had a great stay. Check in was easy. Location was close to Old Town but far enough away that it was very quiet. Spectacular view and lovely grounds and pools. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Condo and Amazing View

If you can handle some walking, this unit is located just a short distance out of town. Uber, Taxi, and Bus are also options if you don't want to walk. The condo has everything you need! Plenty of hot water when taking showers. We especially like the pool! Can't say enough good things about this place and the Owner! Highly recommend!

Highlight of our trip

I was sure the photos online had been photoshopped, that was not the case. The unit is lovely, the rooms are spacious, and the patio is to die for. We could not have been more comfortable. The middle locked gate was very difficult to operate, thoughts of being locked in for the week passed through my brain.

Ideal Condo near Beach & Amenities

Great layout and view, very spacious and comfortable for our family. Location is ideal, walking distance to nice restaurants, Starbucks and beach. Large heated pool, also with a view, upscale & secure building. WiFi is intermittent, so if yuou are working remote, Starbucks is your friend

Beautiful views and nice neighborhood. The stairs to the beach are right across the road and easy to navigate down. Easy to get to restaurants and melocon.

Nice Stay at RIgo's Place

We had a nice time in this spacious condo. There are a lot of stairs and a steep hill up to property. For most of us this was ok. For one friend it was a bit difficult. I would not recommend this property for elderly, disable or very young unless you take a cab to town. Most of us loved the walk during the day and took a cab home at night. Maid came two time which was nice to have. Rooms are very large, and the bathrooms are large also.Nice kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Holiday House with Spectacular View

This is an amazing place to book for a group of friends or family to enjoy Puerto Vallarta. It has everything you need for a fantastic vacation, including a spectacular view and a lovely balcony. We stayed as a couple but can’t wait to return with friends next time. While there are stairs to reach the beach or Zona Romántica, we enjoyed the walk down and even the occasional climb back up. However, you can easily take an Uber to avoid the hills. Highly recommended!

Perfect for active people

This place has some of the best views in the city. Incredible patio and classic Mexican decor vibes. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella included. Just a short walk to the beach, but there are 300+ stairs to and from the beach, so if you’re looking to get your legs in shape, this place is for you!

Family holiday

I was nervous to travel with our 1.5 year old but staying at the condo was wonderful! It was very well equipped and spacious. We really enjoyed the patio and pools while our daughter napped. The location was great! Short walk to the beach/Malecon/romantic zone. Would definitely stay again! Thank you Rigo, Silvia, Esperanza and Cesar. You were all wonderful.

We stayed here with another couple and LOVED the property. Rigo was easy to communicate with. Silvia was great helping us check in and deal with a small issue. And the cleaning lady was amazing. Great property!! It is on a huge hill, but if walking isn't your thing there are plenty of cabs and ubers. Thanks for a great property.

My Favorite Neighborhood

Villas Loma Linda is positioned on the hillside in Amapas just above Playa Los Muertos with a beautiful view of the bay. The condo is very rustic and traditional with some richly-carved furniture pieces and tile and some more modern, updated touches. The kitchen is small but amazingly functional, the rooms are all large and airy, the pool is large, beautiful and meticulously maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10-day stay.

Picturesque View of Romantic Puerta Vallarta

We enjoyed our stay at Loma Linda very much. The condo had all the Mexican charm and plenty of space. The pool area was beautiful and it was heated as well. There was some maintenance being done while we were there but they were very friendly and courteous. The air conditioners in the bedrooms were quiet and efficient. The location was great! Easy access to town with taxi, Uber, or walking. The only drawback was the street noise from Hwy 200 because the property, and our unit, was close to the road.

The view, the location and the hill!

The view is breathtaking. Above the Malecón with a patio that opens to the ocean and the comfort of enjoying the sun. The location is in the heart of romantic zone. Steps away from all that you will ever need. I must mention theses steps are all up hill. Get your Uber app ready as you won’t want to walk home every night. But short ride.

Great condo!

The condo was great and everybody was nice and accommodating. We got our steps in, but we were very close to the shops in the Romantic District and went on a few excursions every day. The place was clean and fairly well appointed. Note: if you plan to cook there you will need to grab some oil. No biggie. The pool was large and refreshing but the hot tub does not work that we could see. Again, fine in this weather. Only thing to note is that you are next to a very busy commuter road so there can be a bit of car noise and it can be a little iffy to cross the road. All in all we would stay there again and recommend friends.

Wonderful property

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is spotless. The view is spectacular. The kitchen has everything you need and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Cleaning service came every other day. It was easy to talk to the owner and check in. Beautifully appointed decor and very comfortable. The pool is literally the cleanest and warmest pool I’ve ever been in. It’s a little rough getting to town, if you’re not willing to do 160 stairs and a hill. Have lots of pesos ready for a short taxi ride. We felt safe and comfortable the whole time. July is a little hot. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Villa vacation at VLL

This is a beautiful charming Mexican villa . We were here for 3 weeks immensely enjoying the villa, the spacious deck with the fantastic view coffee in the morning a few sunrises and always stunning sunsets. The property itself is clean, well maintained and the pools are a welcome respite from hectic days out. The complex is on a steep hill off of the highway leading south out of town expect some traffic noise. It didn’t stop us from enjoying the deck all day or keeping our windows and doors open all night. A great experience overall, the property management is excellent with a wonderful cleaning team. Highly recommend, have been coming to this specific complex for decades this rental is a true gem, we will definitely stay here again.
