  • This newly renovated one bedroom apartment is a fully-equipped luxury vacation home with unlimited high-speed wireless internet. This modern and beautifully furnished air-conditioned studio apartment has a king-sized bed, with the highest-quality linens, pillows and mattress. A flat-screen television carries Netflix and Cable. The stylish bathroom includes a powerful rain shower. The daybed sofa in the living room can be turned into twin beds to sleep a total of four people in the apartment. The adjoining kitchen comes equipped with all cooking essentials and an elegant dining table that seats four. The house has a water filtration system so the water is good to drink.
    In Vallarta, construction noise can be an unpleasant surprise. You can rest easy that there’s no construction near us.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Nice modern apartment. A few caveats: Many stairs up to the apartment. The landing at the top of the stairs is dangerous: no railing at edge of stairs along the whole narrow & long landing. A lack of kitchen prep utensils, Ex.no knives for cutting fresh fruit for breakfast ETC. BUT -- very comfy bed, nice shower, very chic furnishings. Be aware of step up to bathroom. All in all a nice spot for a few days. We were there for 3 days.
