Condo in old town Puerto Vallarta

  • Beautiful two bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Old Town, Puerto Vallarta. Just 3 blocks from Malecon, that has many restaurants and shops. Approximately a 20 minute cab ride from airport.

    Only 6 units in building, condo is on ground floor, but there are about 10 steps to enter building. Security/caretaker on-site.
    Common area includes heated pool and palapa. There is also a rooftop deck with stunning views of Bay of Banderas.

    Hiking trail near by takes you to Mirador de La Cruz. Close to Si Senior Mexican Restaurant and Cafe de Artistes restaurant. One of the bests restaurants just a block away from this area.
