    Ascend to the 4th floor, where our hidden treasure awaits - a communal rooftop terrace offering breathtaking views. Access via a charmingly petite spiral staircase, both to the apartment and the rooftop, adding a touch of magic to your stay. The rental covers normal electricity usage, up to 125 pesos per 7 days. Any excess usage will incur additional charges upon check-out for monthly stays.
