Delightful Oceanview / Beachfront Second Floor at Playas Gemelas (twins beach)

  • Our condo complex is right in front of one of the nicest beaches in Puerto Vallarta. Playas Gemelas (twin beaches) has it all.

    Watch the whales in winter and dolphins all year round. White sand that is nice for swimming, snorkeling and kayaking. The complex has swimming pools, sundeck, beautiful gardens, security guards 24/7, parking lot. It is located 8.5 km south of Puerto Vallarta or about 15 minutes by bus.

    Listen to the ocean waves and relax under the moonlight shining on the water (it doesn't get any better than that).

    This beautiful, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is fully air-conditioned and ceiling fans as well as beds for 4 people.

    The balcony with chairs has direct access to the pool and the beach.

    Broadband WiFi. Wall mounted flat screen satellite TV. Phone for local calls.
    Fully furnished and equipped kitchen. There is a breakfast bar at the kitchen.

    The dinning room will seat 6 and opens onto the balcony and another table and chairs.
