Discover our spacious condominium in Deck12, ideal for a unique vacation.

Located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's hotel zone, its privileged location will allow you to enjoy the gastronomic offer, shopping and entertainment that the port offers to its visitors.

The condo is equipped to provide you with an exceptional stay. The kitchen will allow you to prepare your favorite meals and enjoy them in the dining room or on the private terrace overlooking the sea and the cruise ships.

Our space is a condominium, which has:

-2 bedrooms
-2 full bathroom with towels and hot water.
-Kitchen equipped to cook all your meals and snacks.
-Dining room for 4 people in the living room
-Spacious living room
-Terrace
-1 parking space
-WiFi

- Extra guests are not permitted. As an exception, a baby under 2 years old may be accommodated at an additional cost of $250 MXN per night, as the administration considers them an extra guest. The corresponding payment will be processed through Airbnb once the reservation is confirmed. A bath towel and beach towel will be provided for the baby.

- If you need a baby crib or any special item, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will do our best to have it ready for your arrival.

- Our neighbors are very important to us so we ask you to be very respectful and keep the noise down between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

Our stay was more than great. Sunrises and Sunset are fabulous. Deck12’s location is perfect, well secured with Security Staff. Our host responded quickly with our questions or needs. I would definitely book again.
