Perfect stay in a great property

Check in was super easy. Prior to arrival, the host was very easy to communicate with. We had answers to all our questions usually within 30 minutes. We received the door code prior to arriving, and Matias (one of the amazing concierges on staff) got us squared away. He had great restaurant recommendations, and was very helpful. Ari and Pablo were also amazing. We will definitely rebook this property for our next stay! Highly recommend. Great restaurants near by, and a great little grocery store on the corner. Thanks for a great stay!

Would not stay here again

Pros: locationCons: 1. dirty: sheets on bed - hairy with visible chunks of dirt, floors covered with hair throughout, mold in showers2. poor communication before/during/after stay 3. Zero check-in process4. Only one building access card for entire party - despite desk often being unattended. Locked out three times the first night alone. Multiple contacts with management company but issue was not resolved.
