How do we stay anywhere else?

This is our 2nd time at the Molino de Agua. Honestly, how does one stay anywhere else? This unit was on the 9th floor. The first floor might not have the expansive views, but I would stay on the ground level if it meant being able to stay here.This condo had everything. Check to see what the condo has before you go shopping. The only thing the condo did not have was coffee filters for the coffee machine. My guess is they used to have a permanent coffee filter, but a previous guest may have inadvertently tossed when emptying the coffee grounds. We left a few filters for the next guest.We would stay here again in a heartbeat.Thank you for a most wonderful stay!

Fabulous unit at Molino de Agua

We have stayed in at least 10 different condos at MDA over the past 5 years and this is probably our favorite to date. The kitchen remodel is fantastic!! Communication with the property management was spot on. They responded nearly immediately and were very helpful and accommodating. This condo served as the perfect gathering spot for our family over the Christmas holiday. We will 100% book this condo again.

This is our 3rd time at Molino De Agua in back to back years, but we have been coming to PV for many years. The other two rooms we stayed at were really great also, but this one was hands down our favorite. From property management to the decor, it was really really great. The person who met us for check in was extremely professional and to the point, which is something we appreciate since we are pretty understanding of the expectations at MDA. I have never gone thru Samson Waters, but I am very grateful for how they handle their properties. They are very easy going and easy to deal with. We had the smallest of issues... a light bulb went out in the shower and they responded like it was the highest priority. From check in to check out this was a great stay. Overall this unit is highly recommended and I hope to work with Samson Waters again next year if not at the end of this year!
