Other things to note

•Visitor’s policy: Visitors are allowed (2 per time), from 9 am to 11 pm, they must register at the front desk and leave an ID. They are also allowed to use the common areas.

•D’esire is located in a lively part of the Romantic Zone, with bars and nightclubs nearby. Music and nightlife noise may be noticeable, particularly on weekends. For added comfort, we provide earplugs and a sound machine in the condo.

•There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Thursday for about 20 minutes, any time between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., to tend to them.

•You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

•Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out, it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment, including 4 beach chairs and 1 umbrella are available for guest's use.
