We want our guests to know exactly what they are getting before they decide to book so we do our best to describe the place as accurately as possible in our listings. A few details to highlight for you for this unit so there are no surprises are as follows:

- The loft you see in the photos is not accessible for use so the unit currently sleeps up to 4 people (2 in the bedroom and 1-2 on the living room futon)
- There is no outdoor space in this unit. Check out our other listings if you’d like a patio or private roof deck with outdoor kitchen and panoramic views!
- You enter from street level through a gate and down a few steps. While partially obstructed by a retaining wall it is possible to see into the living room from the street so daytime sheer and nighttime blackout curtains are provided for your privacy
- In the bathroom the basin only has cold water (it’s not that cold though!). There is hot and cold water for the shower and kitchen of course
- The bedroom has privacy doors, bright recessed lighting but no windows. The bathroom is en-suite to the bedroom
- The sofa/futon in the living room seats 3 and sleeps 1-2 people. The sleeping platform area is 1.85m x 1.25m or 73" x 49", so a bit smaller than a full size bed at 75" x 54"
- The property is located in a vibrant, urban neighborhood, meaning occasional noise is possible during certain hours. Guests booking agree to this condition.
