No reservation

I made the reservation in July for our December trip and paid in July. I got several confirmation emails including the day before arrival. Upon arrival they had absolutely no reservation for us! Being in a foreign country where I don’t speak the language I could not get anyone from VRBO on the phone. The app is useless. The management company pieced together 4 units for our 11 day stay which was awful to have to move every few days. I will never use VRBO again!
