Exquisitely appointed residence with huge oversized Balcony, 2 suites with great views, hideabed in living room and ultra modern kitchen with all top amenties, overlooking on of PVs TOP least crowded beaches. Close in, only a short $5 taxi to Old Town and its charms, but far away from its noise and bustle. Building mostly owner occupied only 9 units, with cantilevered infinity pool over the ocean. Offered exclusively to those seeking tranquility and peace and respectful of nature of small boutique building in PVs top location.
