About this property

Artistic Paradise

  • This condo is located in a premier, quiet, lushly landscaped property in Colonia Emiliano Zapata. The expansive common area is an extension of the living room and features a large infinity pool with with breathtaking views of the ocean and town. We're just a short walk to Old Town restaurants, theaters, clubs, boutiques, and the famous Los Muertos beach and pier. The quiet residential property is in the wonderful Romantic Zone and is a great base for exploring all Puerto Vallarta has to offer.

    The complex is stairs only and NO elevators. And there is construction in the neighborhood (it is a desirable and popular location) so there is the possibility of construction noise.
