This is a beautifully decorated one bedroom one bathroom condo, completely furnished and well equipped kitchen. It is in the most popular restaurant and night life area of Puerto Vallarta and only half block to "Los Muertos" beach and blue chairs.

This is a ground floor condo located in the brand new V177 development, which is the newest building in the Romantic Zone / Old Town Beach area. The condo offers a great ambiance with 1 bedroom (king size bed and TV). Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, dishwasher, full size fridge, microwave, stove, toaster, mixer and coffee maker. Washer/drier is also included
Nice living room with 47 inch TV, cable, NETFLIX, blue ray player, sitting area and a sofa/bed for additional guests. It has a large walled-in patio with chairs and dining table.

Top quality apartment

The apartment was marvellous with more cutlery , condiments and pots and pans than my own home. Also impressive are the top of the line appliances and the very comfortable king size bed. I truly felt welcome by Eduardo the concierge who made me , an older solo traveller feel safe

This condo is in a well managed building. Attendants are very polite and helpful. The only drawback is the condo has no view but there are amazing views on the roof top pool area. We saw many whale sitings. Good communication with the host.

The place was wonderful. It was very clean and well set up! There were easy to follow instructions on everything you needed. The host was very communicative and pleasant. The location is also perfect. It is a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach with great restaurants all within walking distance. I would highly recommend!

AMAZING!

I stayed in this beautiful oasis for 3 weeks in mid 2023 and every day was a slice of heaven. Luis is an awesome host - he makes sure you are happy with everything. When I arrived there was an issue with the A/C and it was fixed (brand new A/C) the next day. Luis is incredibly responsive and cares about the people who stay in his apartment. The location is excellent, the building is beautiful, the building staff are wonderful and I can't wait to go back.

The apartment was spacious and decorated beautifully. I found the bed very comfortable with great bedding and pillows.The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed to make tasty meals. It has a stove top, oven, microwave and large refrigerator. The bathroom had a lovely walk in shower with ample space .The owner also had a good supply of towels for use in house and pool area. I could also sit outside on the patio and enjoy some fresh air. However there is no view from the patio, but that did not bother me.The rooftop pool was great even though very busy at times. Communications with the owner was great and I appreciated that. The apartment is very secure and in a good location. Quiet at night , but still close to the beach and shops, restaurants and the Oxo convenient stores. I can definitely recommend this apartment.

One of the best buildings in Romontica Zone

V177 in Puerto Vallarta is my first choice when staying in the city. As a solo traveler, I always feel safe and welcome here. I have stayed in the building three separate times, each in a different condo, and each experience has been exceptional.... including my recent stay. Luis was great, as others have commented. He has exceptional communication through-out and he cares that your stay is outstanding. The unit is well equipped and you have everything you need for a great stay. One of the highlights of V177 is the 7th floor infinity pool, which is EPIC! It offers the most beautiful views in the area. AND also has a BBQ for a few home cooked meals. Located in the Romantica Zone, the building's location is ideal. It's easy to get around, with many great restaurants, grocery and liquor stores within close walking distance. Whether you're exploring the vibrant local scene or just relaxing by the pool, V177 is a fantastic place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. And I would highly recommend #102.

Great property

This property is well cared for and loaded. Roof pool/spa, gym, grill, wet bar, refrigerator on the roof. Several seating areas including Lounge chairs and a dining table and a tv area and facilities with shower. The room was wonderfully cool with an A/C for the main area and a separate A/C for the bedroom. The washer and dryer were an added bonus we didn't stay long enough to use (Hopefully next time). Only issue was there was an odor of must that wouldn't go away (we came 1 day after power was back on from a hurricane). The owner tried his best, sent the plumber and the building staff in to fix. We will still come back and stay again. The location can't be beat. 1 block from the beach. Two to three blocks away from the Main Street of fun bars. We didn't need a taxi the whole time we were there. And it's there's only a very small set of stairs to get to the building (most of the romantica zone hotels are up a hill or steep staircase, is up a steep hill).

Fantastic property with easy access to the beach, melacon and great restaurants. The condo is perfect for 1 or 2 people. The kitchen is well equipped and we did some light cooking. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and used it almost every day.A nice workout room too with cardio equipment and weights. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My husband and I very much enjoyed our week long stay. Highly recommend this place.
