Feel the local soul in this tastefully decorated apartment, featuring a balcony with a striking view of the iconic Cathedral de Guadalupe and ocean, overlooking a peaceful tropical garden and of course the Bay of Banderas.

Studio La Vista is located on the top level of La Maison, a beautiful house located on Calle Mina, in the heart of the city’s historic downtown district renowned for its classic cobblestone streets and homes surrounded by colorful gardens - an exclusive neighborhood populated by some of the town´s original families and later by Hollywood celebrities.

Featuring a king-sized bed, Studio La Vista is only a few steps from the best restaurants and bars in the city. This studio suite is a piece of heaven in the heart of the bustling city.

Please be advised that to get to the building from the street above there are about 20 stairs going down (or about 40 going up from the street above) and an small spiral staircase to take you from the first to second level when entering the unit.
