Nearly new 2 BR 2 BR condo with private parking (small car) located downtown Puerto Vallarta. Same location as property #4637203, but different floor.
Available as a one bedroom/one bathroom for a lower rate.
Walk distance to landmarks like Hotel Rosita, Parque Hidalgo and Malecon (boardwalk) and a number of restaurant and attractions, access to public transport is just two blocks (downhill). Quiet at night, listen to the the little stream running by its side and the church bells. Fully equipped kitchen, HDTV and free WiFi is available. Washer and Dryer is free to use as well.

Great location

Nice apartment, well cared for. Friendly management and easily reachable. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. Clean, and it has great beds with nice bedding. Build-in exercise when venturing out to all the fun coffee shops, restaurants, food vendors, souvenir stores, the Malecon and the beach because they are all at walking distance. The real exercise comes upon return, walking back up the steep hill! All in all a delightful place to stay..

Great location and perfect amount of space

This was a really perfect location. I was celebrating my 30th birthday and brought two friends with me and we were all able to have our own room for sleeping with the living room. It is on a hill but it wasn't bad to walk down and we took a 50 peso cab right at the end of the night or walked it. The owner of the property is very nice and had great suggestions for activities for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

Cozy, well maintained condo at walking distance from everything: beach with chair rental, coffee shops, a great variety of restaurants, shops, a supermarket and the Malecon promenade. Yet it is away from the noise. These two seniors got good exercise every day on our walks and especially by climbing the big hill going back. We enjoyed our communications with the owner and caretakers. They were always easily available and helpful. They provided nice towels and linens. We enjoyed living in the nicely designed rooms. Great beds! We had good WiFi, a small work desk, two patio chairs and two small foldout tables. We stayed two months and felt very safe anywhere we went. Christine and John

The best Condo on the hill

I felt like I was at home in this condo. I have no complaints. The next door neighbors were very nice and friendly and the ones across the street too. On the weekend we were there someone was having a party. So if you are looking for peace and quiet especially on Friday or Saturday night this is not the place for you. Also the condo was on a killer hill but I saw alot of local elderly walking up and down it... but you can always call an Uber to take you up and Uber is very cheap here.... you are walking distance from the zona romantica. Also this is not the fault of the owner but the outdoor bugs love coming in to the condo so if don't like bugs than this isn't a place for you. But I rate this place 5 out of 5. And thank you to the owners for being so kind to us... I will be back to stay here again :)

Great spot on the hill

This place had lots of room for all 4 of us. Two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen area and living room with 2 couches. Our property manager was quick to respond to our needs and his brother lives right next door (was able to help with getting a second set of keys and allowed for us to have early check in for my Mom). The only downside is the location. It's up a pretty steep part of a hill (lots of properties are in this location, so it's not out of the ordinary). But my mom is in her 70's, so the trek made it difficult for her at times. When she didn't feel up to the challenge - we simply found a cab to take us up the hill. Don't let them charge you more than 100 pesos per trip! The average was 50-70. Thanks for the great vacation! We enjoyed every day at the beach ☀️

Spacious and clean condo

We enjoyed our stay of three months. Eduardo took care of our concerns in a timely fashion. Francisco and Marlene were onsite for any issues and did an excellent job of cleaning once a week. Because our stay was for three months, more thought could be put into making an outside relaxation/leisure area. Overall our stay went well.
