About this property

Beautiful apartment with a view of the small town and just 10 minutes from the Romantic District.

  • Beautiful two-story apartment with balconies and a view of the town of Puerto Vallarta, ideal for couples who enjoy walking and exploring our wonderful beaches. The apartment is located 10 minutes from the Romantic Zone, where you’ll find restaurants, spas, coffee shops, bars, ice cream shops, and pharmacies. The closest beach is Playa de los Muertos, just a 10-minute walk away, and you can take a stroll to the boardwalk and the craft market. The location is perfect if you enjoy the traditional side of our little town of Vallarta. The apartment features AC and ceiling fans, windows with screens, and access to a washing machine and dryer. It’s important to note that this apartment has spiral staircases leading to both floors, so it’s not suitable for people with mobility issues. Our area is safe and very friendly—you’ll love it! And as a bonus, there’s a supermarket right on the corner :)
