"This hotel was hands down one of the best stays I’ve had. The customer service was 10/10 from the valet to the front desk. They were convenient, helpful, and welcoming. We stayed for my partners birthday and they went above and beyond to make him feel special. Overall the hotel was a great experience and the fact that it’s in a safe, walkable area of town and a few blocks from pikes place made it that much better. "

"Staff are amazing. No litter in front of the hotel, everyone was funny attentive and energetic. Check in was smooth. There was a huge event there with a hundred people in tuxedo tails and still check in was smooth and pleasant. Rooms was immaculate. Sheets were soft, bed was amazing. Loved every minute of it. "

"Lobby, desk staff, valet, room, hotel restaurant, and location were all great. Only issue was the room across the hall was having a very fun and loud party and it took us reporting it 2 times an hour apart to get it resolved, but it did eventually quiet down. Would definitely recommend this hotel!"
