The staff is super friendly and the location perfect. The best thing about this hotel is its charm. We were told the hotel is 300 years old and so it had so many beautiful features. A special spot!

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and bright. The food was very tasty, unfortunately ran out of bacon for breakfast with still over an hour to go before it ended. Good safe underground parking. Short walk to the Center of Arnhem. Would recommend and would return. Might have to get up ...

The room was clean, personal note on the bed was a nice touch, polite suggestion - don't always assume a woman is Mrs, as I'm a Ms, as I kept my maiden name when I married. Parking was convenient & spacious compared with some we have stayed in.
