"Het is een sober ingericht appartement met enkele hotel faciliteiten. De omschrijving op Vrbo doet echter meer vermoeden. Na vragen/klachten hierover leek in eerste instantie een oplossing te komen. Maar plotsklaps werd er via email in het spaans gecommuniceerd en stopte de communicatie helemaal toen ik (net als daarvoor) in het engels bleef communiceren. Om onze vakantie verder niet te laten beïnvloeden hebben we het daarbij gelaten."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ich habe mich in diesem Apartment vom ersten Moment an unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Ein absolutes Highlight war die wunderschöne Dachterrasse – der perfekte Ort, um zu entspannen und den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Allein dafür würde ich sofort wiederkommen. "Staff were friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast, air conditioning didn't work on first night and we had to sleep with the windows open and there is quite a bit of noise from other guests and street goers - pretty hot and noisy. Other than that, well-located and accommodation was sufficient for our needs. Parking is a major headache in Mallorca and next to impossible to find - be aware if you are planning to rent a vehicle."

"We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Bon Sol! We were traveling with our 21 month old and the staff was so accommodating and welcoming. We stayed in the family room which was very comfortable and fitted with all the amenities we needed to make things convenient - baby toiletries, towel and a rolling crib. The second bathroom was super helpful and allowed for additional flexibility with our little one. The view was also so beautiful! Everyone was so willing to help with our little one making sure we were good on milk and any special meals he preferred. We enjoyed pool time (although it does get deep quickly) with hotel-provided pool noodles. My husband and I were able to really enjoy the wet spa which was such a special treat and included with a quick phone reservation. The hotel was close to some restaurants but we had a car so that was helpful getting around Mallorca. Parking was also available, however, the lot was quite tight. Honestly - one of my favorite vacation stays!"

"The room was amazing. Stunning views from the tower. Even in August, the pool had plenty of room without the need to fight for a chair. Staff were mostly friendly. We had a problem that the staff in the tower couldn't help with, but the staff in the suites building were to able to solve easily. This felt like a luxurious stay without breaking the bank too much"

"Nice hotel in a great location, in a quieter neighbourhood while still being very central. The rooms are a bit small, but modern, clean and comfortable, and the pool is lovely. Unfortunately, on several occasions the staff were not very friendly or welcoming, and simple questions often seemed to be met as though we were bothering them. This was really the only downside to an otherwise nice stay."
