The bedroom has a balcony with outdoor seating and overlooks the sea. The apartment is located on the first floor and there is an internal staircase. Guests can use free parking. Štinjan is an ideal place for a holiday as it offers a relaxing vacation away from everyday stress. For guests who prefer active holidays there are paths for running or cycling, free fitness equipment along the coast. Near numerous tennis courts, soccer field, children's park, golf courses in the national park Brijuni. Accommodation is in a quiet part of town and near many beaches 10 minutes on foot, 5 km from centar city, 4,5 km from National park Brijuni. The beaches are sandy and rocky with many entertainment facilities, shops, restaurants, beach bars and fast foods. It is possible to rent bicycles.
